TSBC Boiler/ Pressure Welding
Alpha Welding and Mechanical Ltd carries an A class contractors license from technical safety BC to preform maintenance, repair, alterations and new construction of boiler vessel and pressure piping system in the province of British Columbia. We provide certified technicians who are seasoned and qualified to these requirements and can readily register and certify work we do with TSBC in both emergency services and scheduled construction or shutdowns. We can provide services in our shop or in the field, depending on our clients needs.
CSA W47.1 Structural Welding & Fabrication
Alpha Welding and Mechanical Ltd carries CWB license and are a Division 3 company certified to CSA 47.1 standards to preform maintenance, repair, alterations and new construction /fabrication of structural steel components, lifting equipment, and overhead and mobile crane equipment, across Canada. We provide certified welders and fabricators who are seasoned and qualified to the industry requirements and can readily register and certify work we do with CWB in both emergency services and scheduled construction or shutdowns.
Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Alloy Fabrication & Welding Services
Alpha Welding and Mechanical Ltd, is well seasoned in the alloy fabrication arena, and we provide services for clients in the food and beverage, or process piping sector. We also provide services for civil water and waste water treatment facilities commonly welding austenitic stainless steels and aluminum alloys. We also provide cladding for hot faces using Inconel overlay techniques, as well as precision orbital tube welding for high pressure hydrogen systems. Many of these systems require TSBC registration.
